Training and
Team Building:
Removing Barriers to Productivity
Description: This highly interactive
workshop provides insights and strategies for addressing the
misunderstandings, incivilities, subtle discrimination and harassment
that occur in modern workplaces. Based on the premise that people do
the best they can with what they have to work with (“No fault
assumption”), it encourages low–risk opportunities for specific,
incremental changes that are comfortable and responsive to particular
individual, team and/or group needs.
Our training approach:
-
People come to work with good intentions.
The conflicts that occur are most often based upon mismatched
assumptions or simple ignorance and not malice.
-
Misunderstanding,
conflicts, and incivilities are inevitable – and must be
addressed. Everyone has a
vested interest in this process. The impact on people and the
cost to business is substantial. It is in everyone’s best
interest to be equipped with the right tools and strategies for
resolving issues at the lowest level possible.
-
Preventing and
addressing conflicts is everyone’s responsibility.
